We just finshed our summer course at the company’s home and it was an amazing experience! The course was fllowing with positive energy, and the supportive atmosphere and connections amongst the students were a posotive force that drove everyone to progress.

More than 50 dance students from across the country arrived full of energy and a desire to learn, enjoyed an intensive week of technique classes in classical ballet and modern dance, hip-hop, yoga, Pilates, a unique international repertoire workshop  (courtesy of Johann Inger), and intensive Kamea repertoire worksops. The faculty of top teachers from Israel and abroad, as well as company dancers, were overjoyed to share their knowledge with the young talents.

Each teacher, with a unique approache, contributed to significant improvements in the students’ technique and personal abilities, providing them with important tools for their continued professional development.

The connection with the company’s dancers and Kamea’s unique repertoire language made a deep impression on the students, who expressed their great enjoyment in exploring new materials and the opportunity to showcase the worksop excerpts in a final meeting with all the company’s dancers and artistic team. They were especially excited about the opportunity to meet Tamir Ginz, the artistic director and choreographer of the company, who shared his creative process and artistic vision with them followed by a Q&A.
